International deliveries
Prices for international deliveries are calculated individually. Transport charges depend on the country and delivery place, and on the rates offered by the transport company we cooperate with. You may also collect the goods in person or via your own courier.
Payment modes
- Cash payments in PLN or EUR
- Non-cash payments through pre-payments (30% before production, and 70% after production but before shipment) in PLN or EUR
Domestic delivery costs
- Shipments up to 30 kg: pre-payment of PLN 16.00 net + 23% VAT
- Payment upon delivery: PLN 21.00 +23% VAT
Non-standard shipments:
The costs of non-standard shipments depend on their size and weight:
- Shipments up to 300 kg (pallet) – shipment costs: PLN 110.00 net + 23% VAT
- Shipments up to 500 kg (pallet) – shipment costs: PLN 140.00 net + 23% VAT
The ordered goods are prepared for shipment free of charge. The customer only covers the costs related to the actual weight and delivery of the products.
In the case of an unjustified refusal to collect the products delivered, the customer is additionally charged with the shipment preparation and transport costs.
